**What you'll learn**
You will gain experience in the following areas (& more)
- Managing emerging social media channel(s)
- Developing and distributing engaging, creative, disruptive, and sharable content across all channels from both a Business as Usual (BAU) and campaign perspective which will enlighten our community and promote brand-focused messages
- Identifying key communicators, popular content and emerging narratives and transform your findings into clear insights
- Social media insights to help support the Social team and wider Brand and Marketing departments
**What you'll need**
We're not about box-ticking and our graduate programs are about developing you.
To be successful for a Social graduate program with us, you will:
- Have strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat likely gained from a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Experience using Photoshop, Premiere Pro and other creative programs
- Be KPI driven with strong good skills, able to detect viral content
To be successful as a Gymshark Graduate we do expect that you will:

- Have good relationship building skills
- Be able to manage and prioritise your time effectively
