- Forsyth Barnes are excited to offer an exclusive, retained Chief technology Officer role. Are you ready to join a fantastic FinTech leading the way in embedded finance? Building out their leadership team and looking for a hands on CTO to spearhead the delivery and stakeholder management for their simple, flexible and scalable embedded finance products.- JOB Requirements:
- Proven experiences in AWS serverless
- Hands on Non-negotiable, need to be able to code
- Stakeholder communication is key as you will be taking part in investment rounds
- Experience refactoring tech
- Delivery focused
- 3 days in office
- FinTech & Financial service experience ideal
- JOB Responsibilities:
- Progressively grown career with proven development experiences in AWS serverless
- Formally supervise and coach team of engineers to build, enhance, and support multiple in the delivery of market-facing Products
- Continuously engage and improve teams' performance by conducting recurring meetings, knowing your people, managing career development
- Proven stakeholder management for clients and investors
- Provide strategic thinking and leadership on range of embedded finance products
- Ensure delivery objectives and development plans are established at the start of the year and reviewed continuously throughout the year
- Hands on with code- Please feel free to pass this on to anyone you think it may suit/ anyone you know may be interested.- KEY REQUIREMENTS- Proven experiences in AWS serverless.
