**Senior Administrator**

Co-Save is a vibrant, successful, procurement consultancy established over 15 years ago, based in Horsham.

The cost reducing auctions we run for our clients have a slightly addictive quality as the result for each one is not known until the last bid is received. The news and rhythm of the worldwide energy markets also add interest to the job, especially at the moment

You will be working in a light & spacious top floor office with exposed beams and views over Horsham / countryside, with a small friendly office (six people), team environment. With other similarly professional businesses as neighbours, adding to the friendly atmosphere.

This position would suit someone who is experienced in the following areas;
- Accounts and / or Administration.
- PA/Secretarial, including contact with clients.
- IT.
- Account management and business development role
- Retail with additional back office experience.
- Sales office, including administration.
- Essentially, a ‘sales orientated admin person’.

Some of your duties will include;
- Administering, managing / running the jobs (80%) & selling (20%) of our online auction service
- Processing completed auction jobs on a ledger
- Maintaining and updating the Access Database
- Client retention and satisfaction
- Prospective work - mostly warm leads - some cold.
- Compiling industry news reports to circulate to clients
- Updating ledger and assisting in reporting end of month figures
- Assisting with implementing new templates as and when required
- Cross selling our various services where opportunities arise, to offer clients the full portfolio of our services.
- Some cover of Manager’s desk when on holiday.

Skills and experience required;
- Accurate administration skills (this above all).
- Client Account Management experience
- Business Development / sales experience, (certainly to be sales ‘orientated).
- Database / customer systems - training on Access specifically will be provided however
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Working in a fast paced environment against time restraints, retaining accuracy
- Managing own diary and day to day tasks

Personal attributes;
- Confident, polite, professional telephone manner
- Ability to multi task and remain organised, and to work under time constraints
- To work autonomously as required, but also be a team player
- Methodical and tenacious approach. Emphasis on accuracy.
- Business experience required. A levels an advantage but not essential.

Full training provided.

The position is based in pleasant offices at Horsham, within easy walking to the town centre.

The office is based within a two minute walk to the train station and bus stop. Possibility of free parking.
