At Whittlebury Park we are looking for a well organised team player to join our Reservations sales team.

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

**Salary**:
£23,961.60 per annum based on 40 hours per week

What will you do?

As a Reservations Sales Co-ordinator, you will:

- be the first point of contact that our customers have with Whittlebury Park
- be responsible for the delivery of a “best in class” sales operation for our bedrooms, spa, golf and tribute nights
- work on the reception desk on occasion offering reservations support and also assisting during peak times with check in, check out and answering guest queries
- answer incoming telephone calls and queries and make reservations for our bedrooms, spa, golf and tribute events as well as gift card sales
