One Property Recruitment are seeking a Resident Services Associate in the Salford area. You will be site based and on the front desk. My client is a Leading Operator in the Build to Rent Sector, an industry that has taken over and changed the rental market The site will give you the real wow factor and will give you a sense of pride to be working at this beautiful development. This is a real customer service role and therefore a passion for a quality service delivery and property is a must for this role. Core duties include:

- Being the face of the company
- Dealing with tenant queries and escalating where necessary
- Managing complaints
- Ensuring that queries are dealt with efficiently
- Carrying out routine inspections of communal spaces
- Assist with resident events

This role is with a leading client with a portfolio with a huge portfolio across the UK. The company are keen to internally promote and there are opportunities for a Build to Rent career. This really is an opportunity not to be missed if you are genuinely a people person and want to create a long term opportunity for yourself.

**Salary/ benefits?**
£26,000 P.A depending on experience
Flexible working, between 8am-8pm
