**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have successfully completed your studies in the areas of economics, media or IT, ideally with reference to the digitization and/or trade (retail)
- Or perhaps you have completed an apprenticeship in wholesale or logistics
- You are enthusiastic about digital business models, multi-channel, e-commerce, IT systems, corporate strategy, CRM, customer/user experience, logistics in retail as well as process management
- You have basic knowledge about the digital economy and its players, the functioning of online marketplaces and online trade, including processes such as data management, fulfillment, end-customer billing, web analysis, etc.
- If you already gained initial experience with online companies or in an e-commerce department, that would mean an asset for us
- Possibly, you may have had some points of contact with online tools like Gmail, Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA or Redmine
- We would be pleased if you already bring along experiences in modeling business processes, e.g. with bpmn.io
- Whether you speak to customers or the managing director, you always convince with strong communication and presentation skills
- Your working style is results-oriented and self-dependent
- Your main focus is on entrepreneurial thinking and acting, and you could perhaps even imagine taking on management responsibility someday
- Your German and English is business fluent

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- For pre-sales and enabling projects, you are responsible for the support of national and international customers who want to sell on marketplaces or want to become a marketplace themselves as successful retailers
- Your tasks include the active assistance in the preparation, implementation, and documentation of the results of corresponding workshops, if necessary in cooperation with other Tradebyte teams
- In the development of the basis for decisions, you are the contact person for decision-makers and stakeholders on the customer side
- Supporting and taking individual tasks in IST and GAP analyses and the development of best-practice proposals are part of your duties
