**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently dealing with checking in & checking out guests whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Managing online & telephone reservations for all areas of the business, ensuring the customer journey is personalised.
- Being the first point of contact for our inhouse guests, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Provide all areas of the hotel with relevant daily reports, and communicate effectively with all departments.
- Administrative tasks.
- Small banking duties.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
