**Global Terrorism Fac Leader**

**We’re hiring**

Aon are currently recruiting a Global Terrorism Fac Leader to join our team in London. The Global Terrorism Fac Leader will be primarily responsible for driving growth across Aon Re network offices, optimising use of Aon Re Facility Platforms and the Design and co-ordination of placement solutions for complex risks emanating from both retail and reinsurance network offices and clients.

**About the Role**

**Your impact as a Global Terrorism Fac Leader**:

- In collaboration with Senior leadership, setting the direction and tone for the terrorism reinsurance team forging a positive and dynamic culture of strength through teamwork..
- Building and developing client relationships, both ceding Companies and Network offices
- Driving and implementing growth strategies, including the optimisation of Aon Re facility platforms.

Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

**About you**

**Your knowledge and expertise**:

- Excellent understanding of Terrorism market dynamics and core processes
- Ability to lead a team effectively and collaboratively
- Extensive knowledge reinsurance market and facultative reinsurance in particular
- Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service;
- Experience of building and managing effective client relationships;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
