**This Role**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager of the Interiors Finance Division within the Donaldson Group.
- Raise Sales Invoices & Credits
- Issue Customer Statements
- Allocate payments against invoices
- Chase customers for overdue amounts
- Reconcile invoices to cost reports
- Maintain Customer Relationships
- Liaise with Group Credit Control
- Assist with other ad hoc finance tasks as required
- Experience within an Accounts Receivable department or knowledge of the tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business
- A team player
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable dealing with confidential information
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Hours for the role are 36.75 (Monday to Friday) and will be based at Broxburn. The basic hours are flexible, and this can be discussed further at interview stage.
