- The right person must provide an environment where residents feel safe and secure, they must support the residents with their well-being, and provide meaningful activities to suit all residents.
- The right person must be flexible in their working pattern and be able to work a 7-day rota.
- They must be sensitive to the needs of residents, therefore you must enjoy the company of older people and work well as part of a team.

- Archers Court is a surrounded by attractive and well-maintained gardens and offers a range of facilities and amenities designed to make retired life easy and enjoyable. The development has 24 one and two bedroom apartments for sale, creating a diverse and vibrant community of residents aged 60 and over.
