**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain all equipment within the Reflections Bindery.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the Kolbus Binder
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a PUR Binding Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of operating Binding equipment
- Knowledge of thread sewing desired but not essential.
- Mechanical knowledge and expertise with a Kolbus Binder or similar equipment.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
