The company specialises in all aspects of environmental risk management, including identification or detection, monitoring, planning, remediation, project management, ongoing support, and training. Formed in 2007 after merging five highly-specialist companies, the company has over 100 dedicated professionals spread across six UK-based locations.
**Role Description**
We require a Housing Administrator for a full-time office-based roles working within our office based in Abercynon.
**Location: Abercynon**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Previous administrative experience essential (preferably within the asbestos industry)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Highly organised, attention to detail, flexible with effective communication and telephone manner. Able to work to deadlines.
- Problem solving and being able to adapt to environment when jobs are having difficulty. Flexible approach to learning and support team.
**Duties**:
- To support management in day-to-day operations of the business and effective running of the office.
- Data Entry into databases / excel documents.
- Answer telephone calls, taking messages and liaising with clients.
- Organising of job packs on a daily basis, closing of files when jobs are finished and compile compliance information.
- Raising jobs on system when they are sent in promptly.
- Support in completing Quality Management changes and system changes with assisting the compliance manager.
- Assisting the finance manager in general admin tasks
- Verification of documents such as training certificates
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Any other administrative duties as and when required.
