Job Description

The Project Director will be responsible for managing projects across various manufacturing facilities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on the business.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  
• PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
