Therapy Assistant

Notts Hill House has a multidisciplinary team composed of psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapy, Speech and Language, rehabilitation assistants and support staff.

Notts Hill House supports up to 15 people’s inpatient rehabilitation, transitional rehabilitation and residential needs. To ensure that high standards of resident care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies as a skilled member of the clinical team.

The role of the Therapy Assistant is to provide assistance to professional and clinical staff with the planning, implementation and evaluation of therapy and care plans, to support staff development to enhance therapeutic provision, in order to support the mental, emotional, physical and social well-being of assigned clients.

**You must have a full driving licence to be able to drive the company vehicle.**

Specific tasks will include but not limited to:

- Updating Care Plans
- Information Gathering for new residents
- Booking appointments and managing health appointments for the team
- Providing activity programmes and being the lead within this area
- You will need to have a full Driving Licence for this position
