**About the role**

A highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Consultant is required to manage our global direct-to-market sales function.

Working remotely on Mondays and Fridays, you will need to be comfortable travelling to the company headquarters at Sturminster Newton, Dorset, Tuesday-Thursday each week. Due to the location, your own transport is essential. The role also offers the opportunity for international travel for customer visits, installations, demonstrations, and events.
- 39 hours per week over 4.5 days (half day Fridays)
- 3 days p/w office-based, 1.5 days p/w remote, plus international travel
- Pension + Performance bonus + Laptop + Phone

**Duties include**:

- Assess, understand and qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage accounts within agreed work instructions and trading terms, acting to rectify where necessary, ensuring requirements are met and negotiating price and service standards
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Conduct installation, training and testing at customer sites/ virtually
- Provide input to management reports, sales forecasts, budgeting, and planning
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Actively seek and share insights regarding regional trading conditions, political and commercial considerations

**Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of five years’ proven sales experience (preferably customer facing in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or technical sector).
- A strong technical and commercial background is preferred.
- First-class written and verbal communication
- A valid driving licence and passport, plus a willingness and ability to travel in the UK and abroad is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One and HubSpot software is a plus.
- Experience of international sales is a bonus
