The basic pay for this Customer Service Advisor - Sales role is **£20,319** **pa / £10.42 ph **plus **UNCAPPED commission. **The average commission pay out within our Manchester team is **£750 per month. **With top earners seeing around **£2,000 per month **on top of their basic pay.

Our commission structure is **excellent **and we have a number of employees that push themselves to understand the issues and managing the customer through the process. Our very best Customer Service Advisors within the Sales Team see a regular annual salary of **over £30,000**.

This is a telephone customer service advisor based role with **Foundever **and includes a sales-based outcome. **Sales through service**.

Customer Service Advisors - Sales take incoming calls from potential customers and upselling them the TV, phone, broadband and mobile services they want and need. They do it by listening carefully to each potential customer’s needs and by using their knowledge of our products and services to find the right solutions every time.

You will have the passion to sell our client’s products and services to new and existing customers over the telephone, whilst at the same time delivering great customer service and be an advocate for Foundever and our client.

**What we need from you**:
If you **don’t have experience, don’t worry** We are very experienced at providing very specific training for our Customer Service Advisor - Sales role. All we ask is that you have a passion for helping people and are able to talk on the phone. Computer literacy is also necessary and we do operate in a call centre environment and work over 7 days, so will need to be flexible.

We do especially enjoy working with individuals who have a background in sales, whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, care etc it doesn’t matter.
