Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals in accordance with their care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is not required as training will be given
- Ability to provide personal care with empathy, respect, and dignity
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle is required
