The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Lunchtime Supervisor to work at Worle Community School - An Academy. This is a very exciting opportunity for an individual who would relish the chance to join us.

**What you will do**:
- Work with specified groups of (or individual) students to achieve positive and effective supervision during their lunch break periods.
- This involves understanding and respecting the social and emotional needs of student(s) and using this knowledge to support their development.
- Promote student well-being by encouraging them to develop good relationships with others, develop their self-reliance and self-esteem, help them to practice good standards of personal health and hygiene.
- Be responsible for reporting situations which potentially pose a danger to any student(s) or member of staff in the school.
- A school ethos which puts the child right in the centre of all that we do
- A leadership team who are committed to your wellbeing, supporting you to focus upon the key things that make a difference for children
- Friendly, dedicated and supportive colleagues
