**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Director of Operations as Executive Housekeeper overseeing a large team of 30+ you will be responsible for ensuring that our luxury suites and bedrooms are cleaned and presented with exemplary 5 star standards which will exceed our guest’s expectations every time.

Some of the key things you will be doing over your working week:

- Opening checklists
- Daily briefings and task allocation
- Daily audits of all operational standards
- Organising Suite amenities and VIP requests
- Orders of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies
- Providing hands on operational support where necessary (cleaning rooms, stocking trolleys, room checks, turndown service)
- Liaison with maintenance on remedial actions required
- Handling guest feedback
- Managing lost property
- Auditing of HS standards
- Recruiting, inducting, training developing employees, 1:1s and Appraisals
- Creating weekly rotas, managing holidays and other leave
- Stocktakes, budgets and control of wages
- Creating reports, and analysising performance

**TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED**:

- Degree/HND or equivalent experience in Hospitality or related field
- Recent experience of working at a senior level within housekeeping in a 4/5* environment of a similar size
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen organisational skills and attention to detail essential
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, and hotel management systems such as procure Wizard/ResDiary/Fourth also beneficial
