YMCA Bournemouth Child Contact Centre is a NACCC accredited service supporting children and families to build positive relationships even when they do not live together. We offer a safe and neutral environment where the child is the most important person.

We are looking to recruit a weekend practitioner who will observe supervised and supported family time. You will demonstrate
- an ability to work closely and non-judgementally with other people, showing an understanding of boundaries and a commitment to equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory working
- excellent communication skills with all ages and ability to provide clear, written information
- the ability to deal sensitively with people under stress
- good IT skills

An NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required.

**The available vacancy is 10 hours per week on Saturday and/or Sunday with the possibility of overtime.**

**Salary**: £21,840.00 - £22,360.00 per annum, pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience.
