WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A Video Editing Maven (or Rockstar, or whatever title speaks to you) to edit transfer, repurpose, digitally improve, create and produce video for all of our platforms.

Our audience is more than 50% US-based, so you are working as
much in the US sphere as in the UK.

ABOUT YOU
You have to love your video. Like, really love it. Footage that really takes us there, storylines, latest trends, blending images, sounds to make us feel emotionally connected are your language and quality production is your oxygen.

You know the video editing universe of software and you keep on top of the latest technology. Ideally you are aware of the parenting and pregnancy lifestyle and industry, of health, wellness and body positivity. You know that fitness and wellness can be a privileged, white, skinny place and you know how important it is to be part of actively changing that.

You know that social media can create body shame and judgment, and you’re *All In* to create video that replaces it with empowerment and inclusivity.

Specifically, you will EXCEL at doing the following:

- Using video editing software such as Creative Cloud, Premiere.
- Using your initiative and working autonomously
- Curating from legacy content and video assets
- Being thorough with a great eye for detail
- Digitally improving picture/ production quality
- Creating and repurposing short promo videos from extended footage
- Being open to constructive feedback and for this to reflect in your work

Note: We have professionally delivered brand guidelines and design assets. We don't need a graphic designer, but you do need initiative and to be able to compose and create for video.

This Role is 30 hours a week, 24 hours of work and 6 hours of paid study.
