Your New School
I currently have a fantastic opportunity as an Admin Assistant at a Secondary School located in Tredegar that caters for over 750 pupils aged 11-16. The School has a positive, supportive and inclusive culture and the leadership team have a clear communicationpathway to all staff members in the school.
Your new role
This role is for an immediate start. Your tasks will include to work with the SLT and chair of governors in implementing new IT systems across the school along with organising Governing body subcommittee meeting and associated papers. You will also be requiredto populate actions on the post inspection action plan. The working hours for this role are 09:00 to 15:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 15:30 on Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
The right person for the role must have previous experience carrying out administrative duties in a busy environment. Project management skills would be desirable along with the ability to use excel and manipulate data. You will have good communication skills,will be well organised and also a fast learner. You will also require a full driving license.
