**Administrator & Invoicing Clerk - Transport**
**Bamber Bridge - Preston**
**£22,000 - £24,000 per annum, Negotiable**
**Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday. 37.5 hours per week**
My client, a multi sited family run transport company, established for over 100 years are looking to recruit a new Warehouse Administrator to join their team at Bamber Bridge.
**Working in a very busy vibrant office with Transport, Network Traffic and the Warehouse Admin Teams**
- Working along side and assisting an experienced member of staff
- High level of attention to detail
- Working mainly on our inhouse Traffic Management System and our Network Partners Systems
- Preparing all jobs for the previous week in preparation to invoice
- Liaising internally with our departments across all sites regarding any rate queries / issues prior to invoicing
- Inputting traffic jobs on our Traffic Management System
- Processing and uploading of proof of deliveries.
- Processing of sub-contractor invoices
- Assisting with the vehicle and goods in transit claims administration
**Who we are looking for**:
- Ideally experience gained in a similar invoicing or transport administration role
- High level of attention to detail
- Someone with loads of common sense and logic
- A strong team player with a good sense of humour
