Contract Scotland has a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to join and grow with the east division of this established luxury housebuilder.
Having reached nearly 50 years of trading, our client is in better shape than ever and are looking for a full time, permanent consultant to cover their new development in Roslin of high quality, spacious homes with generous specification.
The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer services and to guide the customer through the ‘new homes’ purchasing process. This would suit a proactive, process driven person with good communication skills.

The role itself will involve:

- Qualify client requirements, liaising with appropriate third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure the journey runs as smoothly as possible
- Assist clients throughout the process with their selections/choices
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
- General housekeeping of show home and sales office
- Collation and continuous research of competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends and advertising
- Assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client, including full explanation of all benefits and features
- Strong IT skills with ability to update, monitor and run reports from the CRM system, Site Stream (training provided)
- Attend weekly meeting with construction team to discuss build progress and produce/issue minutes of meeting

Role Essentials include:

- Previous experience in a New Home Sales position
- Ability to work comfortably within a fast paced, sales focused environment
- Effective and strong customer relationship skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
