**The Client:
**Offers Tasters & Short Courses, As well as part-time, longer, & advanced courses. They have a huge range of daytime, evening and weekend courses delivered Online & in London.
**The Role**:

- Proactively and promptly, report any data errors to the management team so they can be amended to ensure correct data is held for funding purposes.
- Provide an advanced level of information and advice to learners about financial support available e.g. the Bursary, Learner Support Fund and Advanced Learner Loans, including using Zendesk to answer such queries, processing Advanced Learner Loan remittancepayments and all financial support payments.
- Monitor payment plan repayments, carrying out all necessary credit control checks and escalating when required.
- Taking ownership of course fee refunds, ensuring that these are resolved within Service Level Agreements.
- Taking ownership of all generic team mailbox (Zendesk), ensuring all tickets are answered and distributed within Service Level Agreements.
- Take responsibility for regularly updating help guides for Student Services team to follow and assist the Student Services Manager to cascade new training out to the team.
- Undertake specialist Student Centre inductions and class visits, as and when needed.
- Support Careers Advisers to prepare for one to one guidance sessions with students. To book and prepare students for their first careers service appointment by reviewing documentation needed and any preparatory work that needs to be done.
- Answer basic enquiries about Support Services and set expectations of learners.
