**Digital Sales Coordinator - The Role**:
The Furniture Warehouse at Right2Work are looking for a digital sales coordinator to join our team and be part of our success story. You will promote all of our pre-loved/refurbished stock on social media platforms and serve as a point of contact for customerswith queries about products, orders and deliveries. You will also have access to a budget for purchasing items through social media platforms for re-sale.
Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Present our pre-loved furniture items for sale across social media platforms. (primarily Facebook and Twitter)
- Creating quality, engaging photographs and copy that can grab attention on social media channels
- Social media management
- Help to increase numbers of our social media followers
- Engage & interact with posts and collaborate with customers
- Respond to all customer queries across social media including providing product recommendations and advice.
- Actively propose new ideas and initiatives
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Be responsible for a budget to purchase items for re-sale
- Arrange collection of these items and subsequent re-sale
- Attend meetings and training courses as required.
- Project related work as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Be responsible for company owned equipment allocated to you and return it in good order.

In all aspects of the work, to contribute towards the promotion of a positive image of the Oaklea Group and the services it provides by being consistently polite, positive and professional.**
**Digital Sales Coordinator - About You**:
We are looking for a range of transferrable skills, including being organised, self-motivated, and determined to enable people to succeed. You must be passionate, committed and share our values about employment opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged people.
