**Hours of work**:37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm.

This role can be office based, hybrid or remote - to be discussed at interview.

**Rate of Pay**: Starting salary is £24,950 plus bonus scheme payable monthly based on sales value taken over the telephone. Total earnings up to £40,000 per year possible.

**Onto the nitty gritty**
- Taking inbound sales calls from the general public and those operating in the repairs and renovation market
- Processing customer orders and helping with product enquiries
- No cold-calling is required

**We’d like to meet someone with**
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Customer focused
- Previous experience in a telesales role is required
- Knowledge of bathroom and plumbing products is preferable but not essential
