We are hiring for a laundry assistant for our new laundrette; Sox In The City. This is a customer facing role in a laundrette where you will need to greet customers, take payments and operate industrial laundry equipment. You will be assisting both individual and business customers with a variety of laundering needs. Tasks will include:

- Greeting customers
- Cash handling and till operation
- Organising drop off, pick up and collection of items
- Operating a variety of machinery including washers and dryers
- Sorting, ironing and folding laundered items
- General cleaning and maintenance duties Prior experience in retail, hospitality and/or cleaning or maintenance roles is beneficial but not compulsory. Some prior experience of operating washing machines and dryers, fabric care etc is also beneficial, however training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
