We are actively looking for a Branch Assistant to join our Rural A-Plan team. This is
a great opportunity to join Esther Kane and her team and become part of a highly successful
organisation. This role requires high attention to detail and experience previously working in a high-volume administrative position.

**Expectations**:

- Assisting Client Managers with the renewal review process
- Compiling checks, claims history and identifying referral triggers for our Farm Scheme
- Loading Survey requests onto our insurer portal
- Management of our renewal process in conjunction with another Branch Assistant
- Issuing policy documents to clients
- Loading risk information onto the CRM system (Acturis)
- Liaising with insurers to ensure we have the correct documentation
- Updating present positions from insurers and loss adjusters on claims
