We are currently recruiting for an **Accountant**for a leading accountancy firm with multiple offices in the North West of the UK.

**Role: Accountant**

**Salary: £25K-£36K (Depending on Experience)**

**Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid Options Available)**

**Job Purpose**:
Our client is growing at a fast pace, and they are looking for someone with ambition and the drive to deliver their services at the high level they strive for and to help them retain the excellent reputation they already have in the market place. Dutieswill involve:

- Accounts preparation
- Corporation tax returns
- Personal tax returns
- Bookkeeping
- VAT returns
- Training junior members of the team
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects & accountancy work

Role Requirements:

- Experienced in working in a practice
- Experienced in completing year end accounts
- Qualified by experience or AAT, ACA or ACCA qualified
- Friendly and presentable with a can-do attitude
- English & Maths GCSEs at grade C or above
- Experience using Iris, Sage, Xero & QuickBooks (desirable)
