We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join our busy office based in Handforth.

Based in Handforth, we are centrally located with good transport links and free on-site parking.

**Duties**:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Support the finance team in various administrative tasks
- Processing timesheets and Payroll

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in financial software required, experience with Xero preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
