Development and Progression Within Mental Health Services at MPFT - YouTube
- Providing expert leadership and governance to the South Staffordshire Mental Health and Social Inclusion team, hold line management responsibility for all Navigators and Assistant Navigators and support local mental health services in implementing evidence-based service delivery.
- Working cohesively with Health and Social Care Senior Management/Divisional Management and other Trust staff to provide a responsive and innovative service.
- Providing information advice, support and where necessary training and education, to other professions within MPFT and partner / external agencies regarding service delivery specifics and opportunities.
- You will play an important role in supporting local teams in the delivery of a quality service in line with the personalisation agenda and the principles of the Care Act 2014
- Services will be delivered in accordance with the principles of Recovery, Social Inclusion and the Five Ways to Wellbeing; empowering individuals to take control of their lives and putting them at the centre of everything we do, recognising the rights of all individuals to gain access to valued roles, relationships, activities and facilities within their local community.
- Provide expert advice to the team on using a strengths and asset based approach to supporting people with complex metal health needs

In this role you will be providing leadership and governance support to the South Staffordshire Mental Health and Social Inclusion team to facilitate navigation of specialist and community services that support the individual recovery journey of people with mental health needs. You will monitor / manage physical resources and team shift patterns including annual leave and TOIL for team members. You will operate at all times from an inclusive values base which promotes personalisation, recovery, social inclusion and wellbeing while recognising and respecting equality, diversity, rights and responsibilities of individuals

**What you will get**:

- An annual salary of up to £39,207 (37.5 hours per week) depending on experience

**Things that you will have**:

- Level 4 or equivalent leadership and management qualification or equivalent knowledge acquired from experience
