**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of inspire together, including finance, stakeholder relationships, care coordination, quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and spearhead compliance initiatives to meet and exceed care quality benchmarks.
- Lead thorough and impartial investigations to maintain our standards of care and improve practice where necessary.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of company policies to keep pace with the evolving care landscape.
- Drive Inspire Togethers business development by identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation in our services.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the senior management team to align operational strategies with Inspire Togethers mission and values.

**Requirements**:*
- Level 5 in children and young people beneficial but not essential
- Substantial experience at a senior operations level in the health care and social care or residential Childcare sector, preferably with a focus on autism, mental health, or learning disabilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in building productive relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing robust quality and compliance frameworks.
- Proven background in conducting thorough investigations and policy review.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strategic thinker with a strong focus on innovation and business development.
