- Experience as a lift engineer, with a strong background in team management, coaching, and mentoring.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent, with a strong understanding of modernization projects and lift engineering principles.
