Temporary - Permanent Administrator

Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our well-established client based in Barrhead, who are seeking a temporary Administrator. This role has the potential to go permanent for the right individual.
The Administrator will be responsible for administration of contractual information, Preparation of reports and management of data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative processes and procedures.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on a daily basis for the Contracts Manager.
- Assist managers in handling contract variations and preparing associated quotes.
- Maintain a well-organized online filing system.
We are keen to speak with those who have previous experience in a similar role, who are proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Have a high level of personal initiative, responsibility, and commitment.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and has a great pay rate of £11.50 per hour.
