We are seeking a Client Terms Co-ordinator to join our Risk and Compliance team.

***About the Role**
This role will provide dedicated support to the business in managing the client terms process, including but not limited to, reviewing and recording them in our system. Client terms are terms of business which emanate from the client, rather than CMS and whichCMS sign as a condition to the provision of legal services. The client terms process involves several stakeholders and the Coordinator will act as a key liaison, ensuring a seamless and timely review of the terms. The firm has deployed an online "client term'splatform" and the Client Terms Co-Ordinator will play a key role in raising the profile of the platform and continuing to develop enhancements.

The role offers a variety of work within the wider risk function. The coordinator will have the opportunity to develop in general risk areas such as, assisting with the firm's insurance renewal, global CMS projects across different member firms; contractualprojects and ad hoc risk tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the client term's online platform, which will include working with a range of business service departments to ensure client terms are reviewed effectively and efficiently
- Obtaining all relevant documentation concerning client terms, both pre-existing and for new client relationships
- Conduct a preliminary review of client terms to identify which relevant stakeholders input is required
- Extracting key data from the terms and accurately recording in the system
- Working closely with fellow members of the team, to produce a comprehensive review of departmental comments
- Ensure client terms are accurately recorded and maintained in the system
- Consolidating sources of client terms and purging data
- Provide guidance to Partners who are corresponding with the client, in relation to client terms
- Maintain regular contact with the various business service departments in connection with client terms
- Building on and creating new precedents for client terms
- Producing reports for management on client terms data

***About You** Experience and Skills:

- Experience of working in an international commercial law environment
- Discrete and professional as the information will be confidential and sensitive
- Flexible and able to adapt to new situations, processes and technology.
- Sound judgement and analytical skills
- Clear and efficient communication skills
- Strong organisation skills

Desirable Experience and Skills:

- Experience of deploying new technology into current processes
- Experience working in a risk role
- Familiar with key client term clauses
