**Responsibilities include**:
- Provide comprehensive and practical advice and support to managers and colleagues in line with organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
- Handles HR admin tasks, payroll and benefits administration.
- Effective and timely case management of people related issues such as disciplinaries, performance or absence management.
- Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related area
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Takes initiative and can work without supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
