**Role
- MS Dynamics / ERP Consultant**

**Duration**: Permanent

**Location**: Evesham; Hybrid _fully_onsite for initial handover period_

**Hours**: Full time, Mon-Fri

**Pay Rate**: £35,000 - £40,000pa _KPI bonuses available_
- Providing support to a large ERP user base
- Working through day-to-day issues or liaising with ERP system support partner where necessary
- Supporting future upgrades of the current ERP system
- Identifying new opportunities to maximise the benefits of MS Business Center
- Providing user training and associated documentation where required
- Providing service reporting and metrics to IT Management and the wider Business
- Managing and meeting expectations of stakeholders involved in wider projects that may involve MS BC
- Providing support to other team members by sharing workload, resources, and knowledge
- Demonstrable experience in user support of an ERP System (Business Central is advantageous but non-essential)
- Experience with MS Dynamics
- Exposure to SQL desirable
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels within the business
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with the software providers
- Keen organisation, and prioritisation with ability to employ own initiative
- Hybrid working pattern, with onsite for initial handover period
