Y rôlPrif Ddyletswyddau a Chyfrifoldebau

Byddwch yn:

- Defnyddio sgiliau cefnogi prosiect i gynllunio a threfnu nifer o brosiectau cymhleth;
- Cefnogi’r Swyddfa rheoli prosiect gan gynnwys:

- Cydlynu rhanddeiliaid allweddol sy'n rhan o'r timau prosiect wrth gynllunio, dylunio a chyflawni prosiectau
- Datblygu perthnasoedd gwaith gyda chwsmeriaid a rhanddeiliaid allanol i gydlynu, cynllunio, dylunio a chyflawni prosiectau.
- Cydlynu a mynychu cyfarfodydd, sesiynau briffio a hyfforddiant, yn ogystal â thrawsgrifio unrhyw gofnodion a nodiadau yn ôl yr angen.
- Gweithredu fel pwynt cyswllt cyntaf ar gyfer ymholiadau a materion y prosiectau, cynnal dadansoddiad cychwynnol, a chynnig cyngor ar unrhyw gamau gweithredu priodol.
- Cefnogi'r tîm i ddatblygu a rheoli unrhyw newidiadau neu prosesau/systemau newydd y mae angen eu rhoi ar waith.
- Cynnal lefel uchel o ansawdd ar bob cam o brosiect, gan nodi a rheoli rhai o'r dibyniaethau a rhyngwynebau, risgiau a materion sy'n codi a all effeithio ar ganlyniad llwyddiannus y prosiect. Lle bo'n briodol, cyflwyno cynlluniau wrth gefn i sicrhau bod prosiectau yn parhau i ddilyn cynllun.
- Cefnogi newidiadau i’r prosiect fel bod dysgu ar y cyd, ac hefyd gwneud argymhellion ar gyfer ffyrdd newydd o weithio.
- Darparu cymorth i ddadansoddi ac asesu prosiectau cymhleth, gan ddatrys methiannau i sicrhau bod y prosiectau’n cael eu cyflawni ar lefel briodol o ansawdd, ar amser ac o fewn cyllideb.
- Sicrhau bod systemau ffeilio priodol electronig a phapur yn eu lle.
- Cysylltu â’r tîm a chydlynu ymchwiliadau i risg, digwyddiadau nodedig, cwynion, cofnodion clod a dysgu, ac hefyd adrodd am brosiect(au) perthnasol.
- Defnyddio a chynnal meddalwedd priodol i lunio cynlluniau prosiect ac i ddilyn cyflawniad canlyniadau ar amser.
- Rhannu dysgu a ffyrdd newydd o weithio, darparu cymorth gweinyddol i gydlynu, trefnu a chynnig newidiadau. Datblygu prosesau newydd yn ôl yr angen i roi polisïau lleol a chenedlaethol perthnasol ar waith.
- Cynhyrchu adroddiadau ar gyfer diweddariadau a chyflawni prosiect.
- Cynnal a chreu cynnwys ar gyfer cyfrifon cyfryngau cymdeithasol a gwefan Yma, gan gynnwys (ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i) erthyglau, ffeithluniau, a diweddariadau tudalennau gwefan.
- Cefnogi datblygiad a threfniant prosesau a phrosiectau mewnol y cwmni
- Modelu a hyrwyddo tîm ble mae diwylliant o wasanaeth cwsmeriaid rhagorol, atebolrwydd, dysgu parhaus, a chyfrifoldeb unigol a thîm lle mae adborth byw a sgyrsiau dewr yn arferol.
- Sicrhau bod pob gweithgaredd yn cydymffurfio â deddfwriaeth diogelu data, polisïau lleol cyfredol a cyfrinachedd lle bo angen.
- Ymgymryd â dyletswyddau rhesymol eraill pan fo’r angen

Sgiliau, Profiad a Phriodoleddau Hanfodol
- Addysg hyd at lefel gradd a/neu o leiaf 3 blynedd o brofiad cyfwerth yn gweithio mewn rôl weinyddol
- O leiaf blwyddyn o brofiad yn gweithio mewn amgylchedd swyddfa cymhleth, gan arbenigo mewn rôl chefnogi prosiect a threfnyddol neu debyg
- Profiad o weithio gyda phobl ar bob lefel
- Sgiliau ysgrifenedig/llafar ardderchog yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg
- Y gallu i ysgrifennu iaith eglur a chyfieithu dogfennau/materion cymhleth i iaith eglur yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg
- Sgiliau trefnu datblygedig iawn
- Y gallu i ddylanwadu, trafod telerau a pherswadio
