As a PPC Specialist at Andrew James, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising our Amazon advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing & e-commerce team to achieve our company's KPIs and ensure our products are effectively promoted across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities &

**Required Skills**:
1) Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display: - Manage and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive maximum visibility and conversions. - Utilise Amazon PPC bulk sheets for efficient campaign management.

2) Bid Automation: - Implement and manage bid automation strategies to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

3) Campaign Structuring: - Develop and structure campaign portfolios to facilitate clear data reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. - Create and build out PPC portfolios for both new and existing products.

4) Amazon Metrics Expertise:

- Possess a strong understanding of key Amazon metrics, including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales).
- Utilise this knowledge to make data-driven decisions in campaign optimisation.

Role Requirements:

- Daily PPC management and ad optimisations to maximize campaign performance.
- Track and analyse organic keyword rankings and use this data to make informed bid adjustments at a keyword level.
- Provide regular, detailed reporting on campaign performance, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Work diligently to achieve and exceed company KPIs and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, particularly Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Proficiency in working with Amazon PPC bulk sheets.
- Strong knowledge of bid automation techniques and strategies.
- A track record of structuring campaign portfolios for clear data reporting.
- In-depth understanding of Amazon metrics, including ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to stay up to date with PPC trends and make data driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

5) Google AdWords - Experience with Google AdWords and the ability to drive targeted traffic to the official Andrew James Website.

6) Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to reach and exceed company KPIs.
- Communicate effectively to align PPC efforts with overall marketing and sales goals.

7) Stay Current with PPC Trends: - Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends and best practices to ensure our advertising strategies remain competitive and effective. - Possess the ability to adapt and pivot strategies based on business requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
