**About the role**

In NRC, the Human Resources Team provide a full end-to-end people service for our internal employees, developing people is just part of what we do (and a very important part).

You'll have rounded generalist experience across the HR life cycle, experience in managing people plans, talent succession and be ready to learn and grow your HR experience within a global consultancy. You’ll learn and enjoy the opportunity to develop D&I initiatives, manage international expatriates, understand and implement work authorizations where applicable and co-create people development plans with the Regional Executive Team.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Act as a change agent; lead, support and contribute to the global people plan, driving and nurturing the implementation of HR solutions within the supported business area, gaining acceptance from key partners.
- Successfully deliver client responsive, cost effective and integrated people solutions that address key business objectives for staff, including visa support, mobilisation, repatriation support and employee induction ownership
- Work closely and building strong relationships with members of the supported business senior leadership team and other relevant stakeholders. Coach, advise and challenge, where appropriate, business leaders on short and medium term HR issues as required.
- Reinforce the ownership of people management by the business and line managers and support the HR delivery model.

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstratable experience working in partnership with senior business leaders in order to improve people management, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Passionate about HR with an ability to articulate previous achievements through business deliverables.
- Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions to drive a strong culture.
- Excellent technical HR Knowledge - CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence.
- Experience coaching, influencing and building strong working relationships with senior business leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and influence effectively with all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to work across a multidisciplinary team and establish relationships at all levels
