Your Company:
A rapidly-growing Business and Financial Services organisation located just outside of Southampton are expanding their Sales & Marketing team, and as such, are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive. Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Responding to sales enquiries for customers who are interested in exploring the company's services and solutions
- Progressing enquiries towards sales, as well as guaranteeing promises made to customers
- Speaking to customers and members of the strategic partner to promote the services and packages offered by the company
- Managing a small portfolio of partners by adhering to a clear contact strategy, involving regular review meetings face to face or remotely
- Identifying ways in which sales volumes can be increased and revenue from cross sale opportunities and the sharing of best practice
- Participating in weekly team meetings to discuss progress with other team members
- Additional duties as and where required by the Senior Management team
What you will need to Apply:
For this role, applicants should demonstrate a competitive hunger and desire for success, showcasing tenacity and perseverance in order to achieve success. Prior sales experience is preferred, with exposure towards producing sales reports ideal, alongside showinga successful record in creating an upturn in business & sales. To achieve this, applicants will need to be charismatic, excellent communicators, and capable of managing their time effectively. Additionally, you should be passionate about providing excellentcustomer service, tailoring your approach and conversation to the individual needs of each customer/client.
What you will get in Return:
This role will see the successful applicant joining a highly motivated and charismatic workplace that is renowned for recognising and promoting talent accordingly. A starting salary up to £24,000 is on offer, with expected OTEs in excess of £30,000, howeveryou can expect to see both of these figures increasing exponentially at a rapid rate. You will additionally receive healthcare cover upon completion of a probationary period, competitive pension, 23 days holiday, with this rising per each year of service.
