We want to attract an ambitious, interesting and committed person to this role who will possess significant admin and secretarial experience along with experience of managing and developing staff. You will have a flexible approach to working, the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, be friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour.
**Main duties of the job**:
An exciting opportunity exists for an efficient, enthusiastic, and friendly individual to join Longreach house admin team as an Inpatient Administrator. You will provide the necessary administrative support to enable the efficient and effective functioning of this team including:
- Supervision and appraisal of admin and clerical staff within the teams.
- Provide full administrative support for the Business Support Manager, Ward Managers, Matron, and GSA Supervisors.
- Maintain positive responsive attitude to the demands of the clients, team members and internal/external agencies in the context of a diverse and varying workload.
- Ensuring there is adequate admin and clerical resource and cover to support the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
