This is an exciting opportunity available for a **Telesales Advisor **to join our** **team in Swindon. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis working 39 hours per week, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,600 with an OTE upwards of £30,000 specialising in the retail of quality home furnishings at affordable prices. **Key responsibilities of our Telesales Advisor**:

- Answering all inbound phone calls with a positive and engaging manner
- Converting initial enquires into sales by listening to our customers and matching products to their requirements
- Communicating with existing and potential customers, ensuring they are aware of our bespoke services and products
- Meeting individual targets and contributing to team targets
- Managing your own diary to follow up on potential customer leads

**What we are looking for in our Telesales Advisor**:

- Previous contact centre experience, ideally from a sales background
- Experience of working to targets and KPI’s
- Strong ability to actively listen and identify windows of opportunity to sell/upsell
