Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Fullfill guest requests including log top ups, lighting fires, delivering items to their cottages, assiting with activities and providing other items such as bikes.
- Checking guests in and out
- Assisting guests with activities such as bicylcles, paddleboarding and kayaking
- Ensuring activity centres are ready for guess each day
- Dealing with guest requests during ther stay
- Ensuring guest areas are returned to the correct standard after each use (seating areas, fire pit etc)
- Assisting with various other estate tasks

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills

Join our team as an Estate Assistant to contribute to our guests satisfaction and to enhance the guest journey.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
