About the Role

We are seeking two highly motivated and physically fit individuals to join our Estates team as Maintenance Assistants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our attractive grounds and buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Locking and unlocking buildings, as well as undertaking internal and external maintenance tasks
  • Providing porterage services and driving duties as required
  • Participating in a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and occasional Saturdays
  • Completing a DBS check and maintaining a high level of physical fitness

Requirements

  • Experience in a maintenance role is desirable, but not essential
  • A cheerful and 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • A driving license is desirable, but not essential
