Sales Support Administrator

SF Commercial team are working with a leading business in Corby. We are looking for a Sales support Administrator on a full time Permanent basis. Working hours are 08.30-17.00 with a 1-hour lunch (37.5 hours per week). Benefits include25 days holiday + BankHolidays, Private Health Insurance, Medical Cash Back scheme and Life assurance. Basic salary is £22,000.
THE ROLE:
- Analysis of products and pricing to include competitor information and pricing as well as supporting documentation
- Present new products and pricing/manage changes to products within KPI timeframes
- Maintain and record rebates
- Attend quarterly meetings
- Pricing and invoice queries
- Maintain and analyse sales data, monthly reporting on trends and changes
- Maintain the database, running reports, creating new opportunities.
- Support colleagues to set up reports
- Create reports using spreadsheets and BI
- Manage, organise, and update data
- Analyse and interpret financial statistics and other data
- Interpret instructions and arising issues
- Research and investigate information
- Adhere to policies and procedures
- Assist with documentation for tenders
- Manage queries from the sales teams and customers

- Knowledge of SAP (not essential)
