**About Our Client**:
- Accounts payable activity including coding, booking and paying
- Responsible for accounts payable ledger, prepare quarterly accounts payable summaries
- Prepare margin analysis, liaising with sale coordinators to ensure accuracy of gross profit records
- Manage credit control aspect via external credit checks and credit limits
- Liaise with credit rating agency
- Posting of bank transactions and reconciliations
- Supporting month end activities
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Accounts Assistant - Maternity Cover will have:
- Relevant accounting qualification
- Excel skills such as V look up and Pivot tables
- Experience working in a finance team for 2yr+
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
