We are seeking a _Logistics Coordinator_ to join our distribution team.

**Reporting to** : Head of Distribution.

**Main duties**:

- Book and track the delivery to ensure all goods are delivered to the customers on time.
- Create the commercial invoice in order to be sent to the customer for payment.
- Find and negotiate the courier's service rate to ensure that the company has always the best market rate.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure they are informed about the delivery date and the tracking number.
- Handling all returns by checking the reasons and escalating to the concerned team in order to reduce the return level.
- Monitor and track the claims with all couriers to ensure that all claims have been collected.

**About you**
- 3+ Years professional experience in logistics.
- Know how to deal with e-liquids ( Dangerous goods rules and regulations).
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
