**Job Description**:

- Interpret customer requirements for spare parts, assuring the part numbers are correct and the orders are then loaded onto the Baan system.
- Analyse and evaluate back order reports and spare part requirements for open orders.
- Maintain good inventory housekeeping.
- Process and co-ordinate purchase and replenishment orders arriving and then dispatch daily.
- Maintain appropriate administration and filing systems.

Person Specification

Essential Skills:
Previous experience within a Parts Department.

Good understanding of inventory procedures.

Excellent communication skills with previous experience in communicating with internal and external customers.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word), Parts and Service manuals, Internet) Ordering software.

Flexibility to work as part of a team and as an individual.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of Baan software or equivalent package

Vacancy Details

Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 4:30pm (with 1 hour unpaid for lunch)

Friday - 08:00am to 4:00pm (with 1 hour unpaid for lunch)

Dependent on experience

Holidays:
25 days holiday.
